Elbow specialised treatment
Elbow treatment for alignment, nerve entrapment, tendinopathy, ligament instability, arthritis, fracture and dislocation.

Understanding the area
As an extension of shoulder mechanics, the elbow positions and stabilises the hand and provides a fulcrum for lifting. Efficient function depends on the joint surfaces and surrounding soft tissues working together.
Five defence mechanisms
Elbow assessment follows the alignment of the humerus, ulna and radius, then the flexor and extensor muscles, radial, ulnar and annular ligaments, cartilage and bone.
